This is a joomla site and you must be familiar with Joomla. We are looking for a long term relationship for this website and other sites that are pending.
The highest priority item is SEF, and layout and design updates. The current layout and design, textboxes, stylesheet, formatting, user interface needs to be updated to look more professional.
